Project Description
The project comprised of the installation of power generation and transmission system equipment across the Pilbara region of Western Australia, to support the company’s expansion of its iron ore mining operations from 230Mtpa to 353Mtpa in that region.
This project includes the construction of a liquid bet365 pipeline system to connect CLFF to 10KP and provide a spur to supply bet365 to CLPS.
Scope of Work
Following the successful completion of the petroleum pipeline installations at Rio Tinto’s West Angelas and bet365 Lambert facilities, Monadelphous was awarded the contract for the design, construction and commissioning of a liquid fuel supply system for the bet365 Lambert Port Facility.
All works included civil and structural, mechanical and piping, electrical and instrumentation works and consisted of:
- bet365 Lambert Fuel Facility (CLFF) pump station inclusive of transfer pumps, pipework and valves
- North pipeline consists of a pipeline from the CLFF to bet365 Lambert Power Station (CLPS)
- Pump station at CLPS, inclusive of liquid bet365 return pump and filters pipe work
- 10KP scope consists of the pump station and ancillary components to integrate with the existing CLFF
- South pipeline scope consists of pipeline from the CLPS to 10KP
