WICET bet365 offer code UPDATE

Monadelphous announced today that MMM, an unincorporated joint venture in which one of its
subsidiaries holds a 50% interest, has reached an agreement with Wiggins Island Coal Export
Terminal Pty Ltd, to resolve all claims relating to bet365 offer code performed on the Wiggins Island Coal
Export Terminal Project in Gladstone, Queensland.

The agreement remains subject to third party approvals.
