Appointment of company bet365 bets Secretary

Monadelphous Group Limited wishes to advise that Mr Zoran Bebic will resign as Company Secretary, effective 8 December 2014, after his recent appointment to the role of Executive General Manager Maintenance and Industrial Services.

Mrs Kristy Glasgow will replace Zoran as Company Secretary.
