amendment bet365 bets to DRP Rules

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10.8, bet365 bets (ASX: MND) advises that
the Board has approved changes to the rules of the bet365 bets Dividend
Reinvestment Plan (DRP) to take effect on 2 December 2013. The revised DRP rules are attached to
this announcement.
